Bought at floor with the vault's SOL and deposited, charged to the coin whose fees paid.

Holders are snapshotted
Token balances summed from the chain, weighted, and published with a Merkle root.

15 minutes to check it
The winner cannot exist yet — not even to us. Anyone can rebuild the snapshot and challenge it.

The winner is paid
Drawn from ORAO verifiable randomness; anyone submits the winner's proof and the vault releases the NFT.
